This quote is close to my heart because my mother had four girls and I know that this is the way every parent feels. They want their children to be treated like the people that they are inside, not based on their outer appearance. This quote came from a great man who lived and died to see this image true in this nation and its not only his dream but the dream of parents all over the world, regardless of their color.
I love that quote! MLK is my hero also. Joe and I wanted our wedding day to be Jan 15 (MLK's bday) but it wasnt in the cards as it was a Tuesday this year. I enjoyed your posts and your blog so very much. I thank you for allowing me to see what your see as so eloquently in your writing. I wish you the best of luck in all that you do in the future.
